TrucLink Hub

A central panel beside the machines, 7 inch touch screen

No relays, no contact with the machine. It bridges to the Core boards over Bluetooth and drives everything else nearby by infrared and 433 MHz radio.

TrucLink Hub

The first job of the Hub is the screen. Nobody pulls out a phone to check whether machine 2 has faulted. They glance at the panel already sitting there. The main page answers three questions in one look: what is running, what is faulted, and how much sold today.

The rest are the places a Core board’s own network cannot reach: the cheaper Core has no SIM, a machine inside a metal cabinet blocks WiFi, and acting at the machine wants tens of milliseconds rather than hundreds.

Highlights

  • A third route to the machineBluetooth to the board inside, usable when the WiFi password changes or the machine sits in a metal cabinet
  • On-panel and in-app are the sameOne command path, the same safety interlocks, no shortcuts
  • Drives the rest of the siteInfrared for air conditioning, 433 MHz radio for roller shutters, learned and replayed
  • Desk or wallFour rubber feet, or four screws on a 217 × 60 mm pattern

How money is handled

The Hub touches neither money nor the machine. It is the screen that tells you how the whole cluster is selling.

  • The whole cluster on one screen What is running, what is faulted, how many sales today, all in one glance
  • Compare machine against machine Several machines on one site side by side, so a quiet one shows up
  • No phone needed Staff look and act at the counter in the middle of a rush
  • Right for several machines The more machines, the less walking round to check them
