Hardware
The devices we build
One machine or a whole chain, WiFi or SIM, counting sales or taking cash.
Pick by situation
Which one is your setup?
Find the line that describes where your machines sit.
One fixed machine, on WiFi
You do not want a strange box bolted to the outside
One machine, stable WiFi, you just want the daily count
- Sits inside the machine, so closing the panel hides it completely
- Cheapest in the range: no SIM, no GPS, no battery
- Take it out and the machine is exactly as it was
Several machines, patchy network
Machines spread across sites, not all of them on WiFi
Machines across sites, some on WiFi some not, some inside metal cabinets
- WiFi as the main route, 4G SIM as the fallback
- Backup battery, so a power cut still records the last sale
- GPS, so you know where each machine is
Look and tap on the spot
You need to look and tap at the machine, not on a phone
One glance tells you which machine is down and what today sold
- A touch screen on the machine or right beside it
- Still usable with the network completely down
- The hub panel shows several machines at once
Customers pay at the machine
The machine stands alone, with nobody taking the money
In a building lobby, a canteen or an industrial park, where customers feed the money in themselves
- A bill acceptor and a separately locked cash box
- Money is recorded at the machine before anything is reported
- Shift reconciliation down to the last đồng
Only need scheduled on/off, not sales counting? TrucLink Power
Taking payment
However the money arrives, it lands in one ledger
Every sale is matched to that machine's price list. Count the cash at shift end and the system shows the gap.
Cash
Taken at the machine, or collected by staff and closed off at shift end
QR scan
MoMo, ZaloPay and VNPay all keep the transaction reference for reconciliation
Card
Recorded in the same ledger as every other method
Prepaid
Top up and draw down, which suits canteens and offices
Vouchers
Promotions and staff allowances, kept out of revenue
One combined report
One number at the end of the day, nothing added up by hand
Shift close and cash reconciliation
Staff open a shift, count the cash at the end and enter it; the system compares against what the machine recorded.
The report says how much is missing, on which machine, in whose shift.
Rental contracts and invoices
A fixed rental fee plus a per-sale fee above the committed volume. Monthly, quarterly or yearly.
The printed invoice carries the tax code, the itemised list, the amount in words and a signature line.
Software
The software comes with the board
No extra plan, no server to run. Fit the board, sign in, you are managing it.
Android and iOS apps
See what is running or faulty, switch remotely, get alerts on failure.
Revenue reports
By day, by machine, by site, by item.
Admin web
Price lists, recipes, stock levels, roles, activity log.
Contracts and invoices
A contract per customer, billing by cycle, printable invoices.
Every company gets its own space. Machines, revenue, staff and contracts: each company sees only its own.
Why us
Built here, from the chip to the app
Nothing here was bought in and relabelled.
One party to answer for it
Board, enclosure, software, server and both apps are all ours. When something breaks, nobody passes the blame.
Changed to fit you
Need another report, an unusual machine or a different way of billing? We can change it, because no part of this is a black box
A new device does not restart the work
Adding a seventh device does not force you to change software or process
Old boards are not abandoned
New releases still accept first-batch hardware. Buying now does not mean replacing everything next year.
Your data sits where you choose
Our servers, or an instance built for your company alone
Built in Vietnam
Documentation, interface and support in Vietnamese. If you need someone on site, someone comes.
What we commit to
Six rules behind every design
A dropped network never stops a sale
What keeps the machine running is separate from what handles the network, so the network can die and the machine still sells
Not one sale goes missing
Written at the machine before it is sent. A week offline is a week sent afterwards.
Each company's data stays its own
One shared system, but no company sees another's data
Several routes back to the server
WiFi first, a 4G SIM as backup, and the hub board adds one route more
Works without a phone in hand
The models with a screen handle it at the machine, network or no network
The machine still works by hand
Fitted alongside, never replacing the original board. Remove it and the machine is as it was.
Running self-service machines?
Tell us how many machines you have, what kind, where they sit and what the network is like. We will tell you straight which board fits and which is overkill.
