Taking payment

From one sale to the invoice

    The machine counts

    The device inside the machine records every sale that actually completed, on the spot, whether or not there is a network at that moment.

    Match the price list

    Each machine has its own price list per item and size. Change a price in the app and the machine picks it up, with no walking round them.

    Record the payment

    Cash, wallet QR, card, prepaid, vouchers and staff allowances all go into one ledger, each with a status and a reference for reconciliation.

    Close the shift, issue the invoice

    Count and reconcile cash at the end of each shift; bill the rental by contract at the end of each cycle and print the invoice.

Only cash can go missing. Every other method already carries a transaction reference, so reconciliation focuses on cash: open the shift, count at the end, and the system points at the gap: which machine, whose shift.

What we answer for

We do not publish the technical detail here. This is what the system guarantees; how it is done is discussed privately when a contract is signed.

Many companies, fully separated data Every company gets its own space. Machines, revenue, staff and contracts are visible only to their owner.
Permissions by role Owners, technicians and cashiers see different things and can do different things. A cashier has no machine controls at all.
Two-factor authentication Enabled per account, so an account that can control machines does not rest on a password alone
Encrypted transport Every exchange between device, server and app runs over an encrypted channel, without exception
A separate key for every device Revoking one machine affects no other, and takes effect at once
Activity log Who signed in, who controlled which machine, who changed a price, who changed a permission: all of it is recorded and searchable
