Truc Production builds hardware and software for self-service machines: controller boards fitted into the machine, panels that sit beside it, timer sockets, and the management software behind all of it.

Coffee machines are the category we have built for most and understand best, but the devices are not locked to it. The outputs are dry contacts wired in parallel with the machine’s own buttons and the inputs are opto-isolated signals and pulse counters, which means anything a customer presses and the machine then serves will take one: vending machines, water dispensers, laundry, car washes.

Companies that rent out and operate self-service machines, chains across several sites, and single-machine operators who want to know exactly how much sold each day.

How we work

Every device has a design document explaining why it is the way it is, not just a parts list. Real constraints are written down, and where a trade-off was made we say what was given up.

The rule running through all of it: a machine must not stop selling because of our system. Network down, power cut, a device playing up: the machine still has to run, and not one sale may go missing from the books.
